Take up the floor, put down a layer of felt or other soft insulator and replace the floor making sure to make all the joints tight. Lacquer the floor and make sure the lacquer penetrates the joints to glue them together.
The reason your wood floor is squeaking is it's rubbing up and down on the nails that secure it to the joists. To fix it, you buy a "squeak ender" kit, a container of wood putty the same color as the floor, and maybe a little varnish. This comes with special screws that have heads that snap off.

To stop your kitchen and dish washer door from squeaking try oiling or greasing the hinges.
Try sprinkling talcum powder over it then sweeping it up. It should get between the cracks and stop the squeaking.

WD-40 is a great petroleum product to stop squeaking parts.
