There is always something that people are addicted to like cracking knuckles, smoking, drinking and Chewing Gum. if it not very serious like chewing gum there are many easy ways to stop your addiction. 1. keep all loose change at home to stop you buying the gum 2. tell your friends to stop you buying gum and to remind you not to eat it. 3. put a rubber band around your wrist and flick yourself whenever you buy chewing gum. this is a painful option but works the best :S Hope this helps!
