To stop the screen from scrolling when using arrow keys during gameplay, you can disable the default behavior of the arrow keys. This can often be done by preventing the default action in your game’s key event listener, typically using event.preventDefault() in JavaScript. Additionally, you can implement your own movement logic that allows for controlled character movement without affecting the camera or viewport.
you start scrolling.
Try tuning off wifi. That should stop it from downloading the update. It should only resume if you make it resume. If it already finished downloading and is in the instalation process (black screen with Apple an loading bar) then there is no way to stop it, but there are ways of downgrading.
To stop auto-scrolling in OneNote, simply click on the page you are working on to ensure it's active. If you're in "View" mode, switch to "Edit" mode by clicking the pencil icon. You can also prevent auto-scrolling when typing by clicking on the "View" tab and unchecking the "Auto Scroll" option if it's available in your version. Additionally, using the scroll wheel or touchpad can help manually control the scrolling.

How do you stop an ibm monitor screen from rolling

You can stop scrolling with arrows by using the wheel on your mouse. The wheel is in between the right and left buttons on your mouse. If you don't have this kind of mouse you can get one for under $20. Another way to scroll without using arrows is by using the touch pad on your keyboard or by bringing up an on screen keyboard. (not all computers have these capabilities, check your specs before messing with any settings on your computers. If you don't know, how call your computer brand's customer service number and they should be happy to help you.)
The issue is with the mouse behaviour in Mac OS10.7, not with Illustrator itself. I have solved the problem by turning off the mouse scrolling while in an Illustrator session. To do this: > Mac system preferences > universal access [it's here, not under "mouse"!] > mouse, then select "mouse options" > deselect "scrolling"
