Unfortunately theres no quick fix to shyness. I used to be a painfully shy guy (especially when it came to speaking to women i was actually attracted to).

∙ 13y agowell if you get really nervous around her try, to take it slow for a moment relax and just chill take a few seconds to breathe without sufficating and not breathing when she walks past you, be your self and gather up some courage and strike a converstaion with her, find out a couple of things she likes, DON'T ACT ALL FREAKY STALKER LIKE there is nothing more than acting like a weirdo, that can scare someone into getting a restraining order. talk to her here and there maybe if her birthday comes up and your feeling generous buy her something nice, flowers, a CD, or well something she likes or is into.

In addition to that from a guys point of view. Look getting nervous about a girl really sucks. u get kinda shaky, u really want to talk to her but u start thinking of every situation that could go wrong. the simple answer is take a leap. jump right in. go fast. as soon as you see that girl start talking to her. cause once that nervous feeling sets in you wont be able to do anything. trust me, its happened to me on a lot of first dates. nothings worse than the counting. "In thirty seconds im going to kiss her". so jump in and just act like that cool alter ego you thought you could always be. otherwise, might i suggest herbal self esteem, sorry to suggest it. but hey it sometimes works. or alcohol, just enough for a buzz. Any more and it might be your funeral with this girl.
