I believe you may have "overtype" enabled on the application you're using. This is typically enabled/disabled by pressing the "Insert" key on your keyboard.

System 32 is the folder where all the essentials of Windows are stored. Deleting that would eventually corrupt your windows.
By deleting your account so they cant hack it or get another password.
