lots of people suffer from social angzity (that's not spelt right im dyslexic sorry :)) that's when you feel nervous and sometimes short of breath in social situations the best way to tackle this is to slowly interduce yourself to social situations one step at a time start with something easy like talking to strangers and force yourself to progress along until u feel comfortable and don't worry like 40% of people hav in at one stage
