You can file a claim against them in court (Small Claims court) or higher if you feel that damages exceed $10 thousand, and in your claim you would state the damages this other company has caused to your, ie, loss of business, confussion, etc. and you can also call the local office that deals with busness names in your area. The place where you got your business name registered.

How can you stop someone from using your name on Facebook?

There are billions of people in the world, and many, many people
share the same name. If someone has your name on facebook they are
not stealing it, they simply have the same name as you.
If you know a sibling you don't get on with is using your name
having made a profile with it to do damage and cause mischief to
others but not get caught , so it looks like it was me ...How do I
stop this as my sister is doing this very thing, but she lives in
NZ in Hokitika and I live in Melbourne Australia..

If a person uses crack can they stop using it?

anyone can stop using any drug.
the question is, do they want to?
if the person, does not truthfully want to stop, then nothing in
this world will stop them, the **ONLY** way for someone to stop, is
when and if they are ready to stop.
for some people a "life changing" experience will "wake up" the
abuser, for others, they will do the drug(s), until the day they
die.
