take it to a shop stop being cheap
Check to see it the valve cover bolts are torqued to specs. If this does not stop the leak, the gasket needs replacing.

Please re-write this so it makes some sense
Hard to know exactly what you mean by "popping" but I'd do a compression check and see if you've got a bad valve. You could also check the timing.
Tighten each one uniformly just until they stop, any further and you squeeze out the gasket, any less and it leaks.
sounds like pressure relief valve if replacing the valve doesn't stop the leaking you may have to much pressure in your cooling system mainly a Head Gasket leak.
It probably needs a new valve cover gasket.
Does a 2000 pontiac gran am 4 cyl. Have an egr valve all that parts stores have is a gasket. Gm says it does not have one. Car shakes and shimmies when you stop at an intersection which everyone says check the EGR valve
the only way oil will get in the coolent is a bad head gasket or a crack in the head.
depends on the car, typically just the valve cover gasket though
Sometimes you can't stop your veins from popping out. But if you gain some weight, and stop working out so much they will go back to "normal"
Replace the gasket, make sure the cover isn't dented from people just trying to tighten it down to stop the leak.
