The only way would be to block text messaging. Then said person can't text you, for which you would get charged. Or, if you do use the service, you could add a text bundle, therefore not getting charged for each unsolicited text! Or if you have the number the texts are coming from, and it's just one certain number, you can have that number blocked.
Short of changing service providers you can't. The network was used to deliver the message to your device so you are charged for them. Some carriers charge you even if you do not read them (I know for a fact AT&T does)
Chase Bank? Probably. I'm set up for Texts on my account, and this is the number (242733) that appears on my phone bill whenever I get the texts from Chase.
yes it does u just gotta asked them for it
The number 42947 that shows on your phone bill appears to be from a mobile alert service. Customers are usually charged for receiving these texts.
I think you can but only if you have a detailed bill. If not then no becasue all you see is the charges and how many texts you have sent out.
No you will still be charged the cost of the membership on your bill :)
I don't believe so. I mean, it depends on the phone company, but I don't think they will. They'll just bill you for the extra cost of the texts.
For a call, only if you answer the phone. They do charge you per each text message though.
if u are talking about ur phone charger , it doesn't consume very much electricity even when you are charging your phone it consumes very very few electricity but in order to keep your charger u must unplug it as long as u r not charging your phone
likely not. it just shows how many texts you received and sent
When looking for cell phone deals, it's important to know how many texts and call you make and receive in a month. You save money by buying plans with more minutes or texts, but if you do not use all of your minutes or texts in a month, you could be wasting money. Try to get a plan with slightly more minutes or texts than you use and keep track of your usage to avoid a high bill.
no
they would not allow us to break the contract and upon non-payment on my part they stopped the account from charging and turned it over to a collection agency
