Unless you have a tablet that is running a full operating system, it isn't capable of doing everything that your computer can do. You can try downloading apps that are similar to those you use on your computer but it can never be the same.
Once you have downloaded an app, you can't download it again in order to have 2 copies of it on the same device. If you delete the app, you can then download it again. If it is a paid for app and you use the same iTunes account then you won't be charged again for downloading it.
i am not sure why this happens, but it does not really do much as i have the same thing on my computer, i think it has to do with a downloaded file from the internet like Mozzila firefox which is an internet firewall
You can mass produce paintings by: making copies, or hiring more painters to help create the same picture over again.
A back up would be making a few copies of the same documents on to a CD, memory stick and external hard drive. This is done so that if your computer breaks down or anything you have other copies to goo back on. These are especially useful if you need to restore your computer or have bought a new one.
I don't think it does. Download is to load something and install is to actually apply it. *downloading is just putting something on your computer while installing it means to have the program actually work and be set up to your liking*
