Hi! there is actually a product called ear planes that helps eliminate the pressure felt in the ears during flying. (depending on where you are in the world you may not be able to get these, im actually in Australia) they are a really good product. Cold and flu tablets are really good for the pressure experienced in the ears during flying. Tablets containing pseudoephidrine hydrochloride are probably the best ones to go with.(60mg of it would be good) Chewing Gum is also another alternative if you havn't heard of it. Hopefully these remedies will help with your fear of flying and hopefully you will be able to fly on planes...hope this answered your question! =)
yes (oodles woohoo)
Yes fears do vary in age until the child/teen/adult hits the age of 45-50 the fears do change and they do get more fears even after they over come one of there fears they continue to lose and gain fears! Hope this helps, C.I
I was scared of planes to, not just flying in them, but from hearing them, or seeing them or anything like that, I don't quite know why, maybe from crashing or something, or maybe just because of how terrified of heights i am. But i guess to get over a fear, is to face it face to face. Good luck. :]

The rearranging of fears involves reevaluating and reframing your fears in a way that minimizes their impact on your life. This can involve confronting your fears, seeking support from others, and developing positive coping strategies to overcome them. By rearranging your fears, you can regain a sense of control and reduce the power they have over you.

The best medication to all fears is facing them head-on. You should travel somewhere with a plane, or go paragliding.
