Try a hotwater bottle against your tummy. Try going for a walk however little you like the idea. Try "the cat" yoga position. Try thinking about somthing different! Phone a friend or have some fun thing that makes you concentrate hard like a computer game.

Im not a doctor, but from my own experience and knowledge. Some side effects are likely to occur such as mood swings, physical or emotional changes. If you can't eat something maybe you should stop taking the type of pill you are taking to see if that is really the cause to your gag reflexes and excessive urination. I would also see if stomach pains stop or worsen to see if the pill is the cause for that problem too. Another suggestion would be to talk to your local health care provider on getting onto a different pill that better fits yourself and your body. A lesser dosage of hormones may be the answer to stopping headaches and stomach aches. You can always try another method of the pill if conditions persist or otherwise not take the pill at all if that is what the health care provider insists.
