1) Storing bulk food in food-grade white plastic buckets with airtight lids is the best way to store most dry goods. Flour, sugar, rice, potato flakes, dry beans, soup mixes, powdered eggs, powdered milk, oatmeal, hard winter wheat, pancake mix, salt, noodles and cereals all do well being stored in a cool dry place.
