Jerry's Artarama is my favorite art supply store. They have everything you need to be an amazing artist:canvas, paint, pastel, paper, brushes, etc.
They are for you to use only. An example of this are the 'starter' paint brushes to be found in your newbie pack. You can store them in your gallery or safety deposit box.
You can purchase a Zibra paint brush at your local Home Depot store. You can also purchase Zibra products online at the official Zibra website at Enjoy Zibra.
If I am not oversimplifying the question....water based opaque paint is just a latex or acrylic paint or enamel. If it is in reference to painting a structural item, it is the same paint that you would find at the "paint" store or building supply store. If it is in reference to art work, it might be similar paint, but not "watercolor". Hope this helps!

If you visit your local home improvement store you can buy a kit that has the stencils, brushes and paint you will need to make the faux stone wall effect.
It depends on the state you live in. Check with your local paint store. If not, there are water-based alkyds and high adhesive latexes available that can go over oil based paints without a problem.
Acrylic paint is water based so as long as it's not dry you can wash it off with water, just swish it around in a plastic cup of water or soak them and then swish them. If the paint is dry you might have to let it soak for a long time or use mild acetone (nail polish remover).
paint thinner... that removes lots of stuff... but sometimes too much. Or just soap and water. a soak in a warm water, ammonia solution works great, but don't soak too long or you can actually dissolve the glue that's holding the brushes bristols in.
