I have photographic memory... The best way to study if you do have it is to write what you want to remember down on a piece of paper, at first, if u can't remember what u need to, copy it down. The next time you write it, try to remember it. You may remember some parts and other parts you may not. The third time study the last few details you cannot remember. By the third time you should have it down in your brain. You can continue to do this If you need more than three jots. Hope this helped :)
You can't get photographic memory, but some people are born with it.

No.
A photographic memory means that you can remember words and images that you see (hense photographic) Where as an Eidetic memory means that you can remember everything, no matter how you obtain the information, it does not just have to be obtained via sight.
You don't. Eidetic memory, more commonly know as photographic memory. Is a way that the brain is wire. It's can't be learned.
There is no definitive evidence that Charles Dickens had a photographic memory. While he was known for his remarkable memory and attention to detail, it is likely that his ability to vividly recall people and events stemmed from his keen observation and storytelling skills rather than a photographic memory.
Nope
