First go to Ooh La Lane and then scroll all the way to the right and then when you can't scroll anymore, you'll find the "Googenheim Art Gallery" click on the doors and then you're in the gallery. Then look up to the right and you'll see a sign saying "Submit Your Art!", click on that and there you go!
