Assuming you're using a DSi or DSI XL, and you have access to a wireless network, you may access the Web as follows.

On the DSi menu, select Settings > internet > Connection Settings. Select one of the available connections and you'll be asked to configure your wi-fi settings. Do so - if you're not sure of the settings, ask your wireless provider.

Once you are connected, the DSi will automatically download the required application. Wait for this to complete, then return to the DSi menu. You will find a new program called the DSi Browser.

Select the DSi Browser, and you may use it to surf the Web. Make sure you remain in range of your wireless point, though!
