MS Word has no "Camera" function to take a picture. You can include anything that you see on your screen (except some video stuff) by hitting the <Prt Scr> key (it is just to the right of the <F12 > key on the top row of the keyboard) and in Word Ctrl+V (or Paste from the Edit menu).

In order to get it to Microsoft word you need to copy it over to there from the internet than go to file and click save as.
No it is not a picture file. It is a word processing document, covering versions of Microsoft Word 2007 and the later versions.
