MS Word has no "Camera" function to take a picture. You can include anything that you see on your screen (except some video stuff) by hitting the <Prt Scr> key (it is just to the right of the <F12 > key on the top row of the keyboard) and in Word Ctrl+V (or Paste from the Edit menu).
