During conversation you can see a drop down list box named Share above the text area where you type your chats. On clicking it you can see list of options. In that select Send file. Then select then image you wish to send and click Open. Then your pic will be sent.
Also you can send a graphic message by generating special HTML code.

∙ 13y agoThis is tricky but can be done. Please follow this step by step. Omission of any single step will lead to very poor quality pictures.
1. Notify person with whom you are Skyping that you will need to pause your communication for several minutes.
2. Enter the nearest motor vehicle. If you are under 16 years of age in the United States, have a legal parent or guardian enter the driver's side. For readers outside the United States, please visit your local courthouse.
3. Drive motor vehicle (or direct driver thereof) to the nearest Best Buy.
4. Purchase camera.
5. Return to Skype conversation.
6. Hold camera in your general vicinity and depress button on its top. IMPORTANT: Many cameras have apertures known as "lenses." THE LENS MUST BE POINTED IN YOUR DIRECTION FOR MAXIMUM PICTURE QUALITY.
