In the Welbilt juicer model je 200, the grater pulls out without any special buttons required. With a little force upwards it will eventually come out with no damages to the actual system unless already damaged. Once out, the bucket that catches pulp from the process turns clock wise and can be pulled out from there, but only if the grater is disconnected first.
