adults beardies eat every second day i give mine 4 crickets, 3 nealworms. I also give him fresh veggies and fruits daily...such as loose greans,brocoli,cantalope,apple, make sure their chop very small so he doest choke. Beardie dont adapt to change i suggest you feed him same time everytime. Their temp should be at 100f daytime and 80f night time. i usally put his night light around 9 pm and his
dayttme at 9 am Dont forget to miss him and his tank about three to four times a day
