adults beardies eat every second day i give mine 4 crickets, 3 nealworms. I also give him fresh veggies and fruits daily...such as loose greans,brocoli,cantalope,apple, make sure their chop very small so he doest choke. Did it also have the correct heating for the bearded dragon, like a heat lamp and heating pad? If it didn't, then your bearded dragon probably froze to death. Where did you get the bearded dragon from? If it was from a pet store, that will explain it too. Pet stores don't take care of their animals well usually so they are usually sold sick and or very unhealthy

you can tell if your bearded dragon is limping or his tail is croocked at a weird angle. if you do find those symptoms take you bearded dragon to the nearest vet with a expert on reptiles for this deasease can be fatal if not treated and cared for.
