Heat the decal with a hair dryer. Start at one corner and slowly pull the decal as you heat it. If any residue remains you can clean this up with a soft cotton cloth (a diaper is fine) using either Goo Gone (buy it at Ace or any home improvement store) or denatured alcohol. If the surface is dull use a good polish or wax and there you go!
take the serial # off the dash of your car to the dealer.

About $200-$500
You purchased the car when you signed the contract. It has nothing to do with driving it off the lot. The only thing you can hope for is the dealer is willing to terminate the deal.
Not likely if you signed the contract.
Once you sign the release of liability at the dealership when you trade the car , the dealer is responsible for the pay off.
yes
What makes you think you can return the vehicle for a refund? There is no cooling off period on the purchase of an auto. That law only applies to unsolicited sales. It is a myth that it applies to vehicles. You bought the car and you own the car. The dealer will not take it back.
write the car off
I suggest that you take your car to the dealer and they can help you there and tell you if there is somthing wrong with it or not.
NO. You cannot return a car you bought in any state, unless the dealer agrees to take it back. The cooling off period laws do not apply to the purchase of autos.
No, the new car dealer pays off your current car and adds any money you still owe on your current car to the cost of the new car.
