To change the cambelt on 2002 2.2 tdi renault espace, you must preferably take your car to the nearest Renault station as the car's pumping mechanism is very complicated.
There isn't one apparently you have to take it to Renault and they have to put it on diagnostics machine.
10w 40 semi synthetic is what you need
2 screws at bottom take cover off grab handle remove 2 10m bolts
Being a Renault its naturally awkward but it is possible without removing the battery, find someone with small hands to do it, practise on the offside light first then it will be easier.
on the pipe that leads into the inlet manifold from turbo, the one with a metalic wire when you take it out
hi if you look stright forward at the front of your car when youlift the bonnett the left bank of plugs are under the inlet manifold and the right set are under the jaguar name plate , this cover on the right lifts of and reveals the coil packs the plugs are under the coil packs , you have too take the inlet manifold of to replace the left bank
I had this problem. I solved it taking the car to my local scrap dealer and buying a bus pass with the £30 he give me

Pioneer remote control? Radio display integrated into the dash? The radio is under the drivers seat. Remove this seat (disconnect battery for 24hrs and take care with airbag wires!) and you can take off a plastic cover and a carpet flap to reveal all!
you cant top it up. you have to buy a genuine Renault clutch hydrolics kit.don't mistake this with a clutch kit tho. it is a big job to put it in. the whole dash has to be taken out of the car. my 2000 expression has had a clutch kit fitted and the reservoir is behind the steering column. you do have to take the trim off around the steering wheel.
well i had 1.6 octavia to change the plugs in that i got a plug spanner that has a multi joint on the ,,plug end ,,the shaft had a T bar on it i had to cut off half of it ,so i could turn it without it hitting the inlet manifold,,take your time,, make sure the plugs go back in straight and the treads are clean,,,i got a long nosed pliers to take the ht lead off dont pull by the lead it will damage it ,,good luck,,
