You have to remove the upper panel, third row seat, peal back the cargo area carpet and unscrew and pop it off. It take about an hour to two to remove and get to the speaker.

After removing the screw the plastic housing will come out.......it moves in a back and up motion. The panel will come out by force. Just pull hard on the outer edges - you might break a couple of the fasteners but that's a given. There are three screws total I believe so look around.
