they take 14 tires
on the frame rail underneath the passengers side just forward of the rear tire.
it should tell you on the tire wall ??psi

Tire pressures range from 32 psi to 44 psi depending on the tire. The recommended pressure will be stamped on the sidewall some where. do NOT use the sidewall that is the MAX pressure for other applications use the door jamb info sticker and never inflate a p-rated tire above 35psi regardless of the max listing on the sidewall
I just figured this out, but I think my Plymouth is a 93. Hope this helps! If you're looking inside the back hatch, you can lift up the carpet of the interior and find a small nut on the right side, towards the rear of the van. Unscrewing this will cause the tire to gradually lower, but not release. Unscrew the nut enough so that you can lift the spare tire toward the underside of the van, and manuever the holding bracket through the center of the spare tire. It should be all taken care of from there.
The battery is inside the left front fender, in front of the tire on a 1998 Plymouth Breeze.
