The fuse for the speedometer of a Mitsubishi galant is located on the side of the dashboard on the driver's side. Simply unscrew the latch and the fuse should be located on the back.

with a punch and a hammer
You can find it on the back of the radio (you have to take it out of the dashboard) or go to any Mitsubishi dealer and they will tell you.
The problem is probably the rear wheel bearings
Its located under the hood, look at the back side of your hood, and there is a filter located in the middle.
you need to take the intake off to get to the back three plugs...
The EGR Valve is located at the back part of the Engine. When you open the hood, you may bow down next to the wall at the back of the engine and you can see 2 hoses that goes into it. To know what it looks like, type it in Google, 2001 Mitsubishi Galant EGR Valve then take a look at it on the location that I have said.
They technically have four seats. but you should only use two unless you want to torture your friends that sit in the back.
A 1995 Mitsubishi Gallant will experience backfiring if the ignition timing is set incorrectly. This results in the fuel and air mixture being burned when valves are still open.
