Ok, so all you have to do is press and hold the speakerphone BUTTON. yes, BUTTON. It is right above the answer/talk button and to the left of the middle circle of buttons. ONCE AGAIN, PRESS and HOLD!!!! That's it! This is my first ever post, but I had to because is was so anoying to me, that I couldn't imagine NOT being able to EVER fix it, I think I would just get a new phone. Hope this helps someone!
