Close the phone, then turn the phone around, so the smaller sceen on the front is facing away from you. Then hold the phone flat so the silver end is towards you. Put both thumbs on the coloured bit away from you (usually white or black), and the rest of the fingers underneath, gripping the phone. Then push forward firmly with your thumbs and the coloured bit should click and slide off, away from the silver bit with the speaker. You will then see the battery pack underneath. Make sure the phone is turned off first, then put your fingernail in the crack at the opposite side of the silver, and gently lever the battey pack off, and take it off completely. You will then see the SIM card. Put your thumb or finger on top of it, gently push down and slide it towards you at the same time. It will come off. Then reverse these steps to put it together again. Hope this helps
You have got to be fledding me.... Everyone knows how to do that, plus when you buy the phone you have to put it in. Do you have down syndrome?
my sony ericsson w810i had this problem. to solve it you have to take everything out, SIM card, battery and Memory card. Blow them to blow away any dust and put them back in after 5 minutes. Then wait a minute and turn the phone on. If this worked the problem could either be: a) displacement/ unconnected battery/ memory card/ SIM card b) Dust in the phone causing malfunction If this doesnt work then the problem is most likely to be a software problem. I would search the sony ericsson website for more information. Ben Harding :-)

Nokia, Motorola, and Samsung all have phones available which are compatible for use with a Sony Ericsson memory card, according to consumer reviews. One who wishes to use Sony accessories with other phones, however, would be well-advised to confirm the size of the memory card and be aware of different storage capacities among different memory cards--even when they are produced by the same manufacturer.
Sorry, it doesn't have a video recorder.
Only up to 8GB
take it out, take it back to the store and ask them to send it off to repair it
