Practice, practice, practice. It takes time for you to get the hang of putting lens in and putting your finger so close to your eye. It took me about 2 months to get to the point of being able to quickly and comfortably get my lens in and out.
I find that squirting a small amount of lens solution in my eye just before taking out the lens helps to lubricate the lens and make it easier to move out of place. Also, practice simply touching your eyes with your (clean!) finger to get used to doing that.
