Around 5 hours from an empty battery.
Hold the off button until it turns off, then take the battery out and put a new one in. Then turn the phone back on.
I called Verison and they suggested I take out the battery and put it back in again. Worked like a charm.
Yes.

Yes you can take the sd card out of the phone

Not an iPhone because an iPhone uses different technology than Verizon. Any phone with a cdma receiver should work on Verizon Not an iPhone because an iPhone uses different technology than Verizon. Any phone with a cdma receiver should work on Verizon
No. This phone is a GSM / HSPA, Verizon and Sprint are called CDMA carriers. If you take it to Verizon, they will deny the phone. Take it to AT&T or T-Mobile instead.
You would need to get it unlocked from reachout - and get your Port Authorization Code (PAC) from them. Then - contact Verizon and give them the PAC. The PAC gives Verizon 'permission' to remove your phone form reachout and transfer it back to Verizon.
If by unlock you mean to use it on other carriers, then they may be able to. Verizon phones run on CDMA technology, and currently there is no unlocking solution for CDMA phones. Only GSM phones are able to be unlocked.
Usually, on any current cell phone, you can shut off the power of the phone, and then and take the back off, and then take the battery out, and then blow on the battery. That usually takes off all of the dust from the battery. After blowing on the battery, place it back in the phone, put the back on the phone, and then turn the phone back on. That usually works.....it works on my chocolate touch so good luck!
