The first thing you should do is remove the face plate over the hazard button. Then there are two tabs on the sides of each tray that you can pull outward to yank the tray out. This is not smooth and easy to do and you may have to muscel it out a little bit. There are two removable pieces that may fall out. 1 is the black plastic wheel you can easily click back in. There is also a gray aluminum coil that may fall out as well The coil actually clamps into a small groove in the front of the tray-housing and not on the tray itself This is a loose connection and when you prop the coil into the groove you must carefully place the tray back inline carefully for the coil not too move. This coil is responsible for automatically pushing the tray out when you push to unlock it
