I had a 92 PA and needed to get to the instrument panel. If this is all you want t to do, look for two screws in each of the air vents. These need to be removed plus the more obvious ones under the dash. Hope this helps.
The lock and trunk circuit breaker for a 1994 Park Avenue could be in one of two places. It could be under the dash with the fuses or under the hood with the relays in a distribution box.

To replace a fuse on a 1990 buick park avenue, open the drivers door, look at the outside edge of the dash, you will see two flat tip screw heads, turned the screws in the correct direction and the screws will pop out. Behind this dash is the fuses and the directory of which fuses belong to what item. The directory will be on the inside of the dash panel.
Right side of dash...remove the kick panel and the fuse block is up in the dash.
You take it to a professional You can always take the after market harness and wire your memory to the orange on the "spare connector" to the side. That's how I ran everything for my 87 park avenue.
It is up under the dash and that will all have to be removed if it has a console that will need to be removed as well.
The flasher in a 1994 Park Avenue is located under the dash on the drivers side under the panel. Simply unscrew 3 Philip screws and a wing nut in the corner and it is on a metal brace on the back of the panel. have fun
Cost $700 in labor to replace the flasher as the dealer could not locate it. Supposedly the entire dash had to be removed on my 1997 Park Ave..
