Very Carefully. First remove the shrews at the bottom of the door panel. YES BEND DOWN AND LOOK you will see them. Then remove the shrew close to the door's lock box mechanism. then carefully remove the cover behind the INSIDE door handle ONE END OF THE COVER HAS A PLASTIC LOCK The other END can be pried loose with a screwdriver. With this accomplished remove the shrew behind the "Hard to remove" inner door handle cover. Use an upholstery removal tool to remove the plastic snaps. it is easier to start at the bottom. with the snaps undone wiggle the door panel up to remove the top part of the panel from the clips that hold the panel against the window glass.
Overall, not a hard job .
