First off, what are you even doing with a Windows 2000 operating system? You should get Windows 7. Second, theoretically, it COULD work, but if you're using an original Windows 2000 computer, the graphics card isn't powerful enough. My advice: upgrade. Or wait 2 months for Windows 8.

you need to pop off the corners of the door handles and just screw them in with a Philips tell there tight and then put the little rubber pads back on that are covering it

If you're talking about the rear side windows, you take the hardtop off. If you're talking about the front windows, you use the crank on the door. u don't. u take them off.
You take them off and renovate the interior seals and grease the shaft.

You'll need to add the necessary relay and fuse, you'll probably have to do the wiring yourself, and you'll be better off to take the doors from one which already has power windows, rather than trying to convert yours to power windows.
