You will need a three prong puller and a 7 or 8 inch bolt, no thicker than about 5/16. Remove the balancer bolt, insert your thinner bolt (the bolt needs to be long enough to stick out atleast an inch). Then hook your puller on to the balancer and center the puller bolt against the head of your guide bolt. Should come off pretty easily.

well a metaphor is defined as: a figure of speech in which an expression is used to refer to something that it does not literally denote in order to suggest a similarity.& an example of a metaphor is: That assignment was a breeze...The assignment wasn't literally a breeze, but breeze is an expression for easy.So no I would say "a piece of sky broke off and fell" is not a metaphor, but you can take what you want from it with the information i provided.
Yes.... An off-shore breeze blows from the land towards the sea. An on-shore breeze blows from the sea onto the shore.
if you take the skid plate off the bottom of the truck you will see the harmoic balencer. Its located on the passenger side of the truck right in the front. its a couple inches back from the belt. You should only need an 8mm socket and an extension and it should come right out.
