This is a fairly simple operation.
1. Using a flat screwdriver (tape the blade) or trim stick (a flat soft plastic blade) remove the bezel (plastic panel) from around the radio. Set aside someplace where it won't be stepped on or damaged.
2. You can now see the mounting screws. Some models will require removal of the climate control panel to access the lower screws. If that's the case with your model remove the bezel around the climate control, remove the climate control panel (screws on the bottom) then remove the screws securing the radio.
3. Pull the radio out and disconnect all electrical/antenna connections. Done!
BTW, if all you're trying to do is access the rear of the radio to plug in a satellite receiver or other accessory, it may be simpler just to remove the center console storage box. You can reach up behind the radio from there. To remove the box, first remove the center console panel (lift from the front first and work your way back. Pull out the storage console (it just pops free) and set aside being careful not to stretch or disconnect any wiring.
NO there is a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty on it.
Take it to the shop
It comes in handy knowing the amount of transmission fluid a car will hold. The 1999 Toyota Solara will need 5 quarts of Dexron III fluid.
Gonna need to be a little more specific, but I can tell you it does take 5w30 oil.

Changing a tire on a 2001 Toyota Solara is very easy to do. You will first need to jack the car up, then take a tire iron and take the lug nuts off the tire. After you have removed all of the lug nuts, you will then put the new tire on and put the lug nuts on and tighten them.
Cost for the belt is typically $45 (give or take). If you search online you can frequently find them on sale. This site is currently (2/13/09) offering them for about $30: http://www.drivewire.com/products/toyota-solara/timing-belt/8135/ Cheers

I posted a link with the instructions in it. Hope this helps!
I think you asked the same question twice (just in different forms). The answer to both is the same. 1. Remove front bumper cover (to expose headlight housing lower attachment bolt) 2. Remove light bulbs from housing 3. Remove bolts attaching housing and lift away from bumper Removal of the bumper cover will be easier if you have a manual. Chilton, Haynes both offer Solara manuals or download the factory service manual from Toyota's website. Cheers
