It uses 5W-30 - at least the non-flex fuel version does.
Take a look where the lower radiator hose connects to the engine. Where the hose connects, you should find the thermostat.

start with an oil change and new plugs then the air filter beyond that take it to a shop it's easier and will save alot of time
