How do you talk to people on Club Penguin?

To talk on Club Penguin, you must type in the blue box at the bottom of the screen. To talk on club penguin, you must type in the blue box at the bottom of the screen. Then, you must press enter on your keyboard or click on send.

On Club Penguin you can talk to people. On certain servers their is going to be a bubble to disable the speaking. To speak go on a sever WITHOUT the bubble. Then there will be a bar on the bottom of the screen and if you click it, you can type. If that doesn't work then your parent most likely put you on Safe Chat. Good Luck!!

You may be referring to "Safe Chat." Do you have a chat bar at the bottom of the screen where you can type stuff to say? If not, you probably have "Ultimate Safe Chat." With it, you can only say pre-typed stuff by pressing the chat bubble button on the bottom toolbar. You can't take off Ultimate Safe Chat. You will have to make a new account and select Safe Chat instead. If you are wondering how you can say bad words on CP, well... you can't You'll get banned.
