When I got my first bra I was really embarrassed and I tried to hide it all the time in the basket but then I saw a girl wavin hers around n I didn't feel so scared n now when I get 1 I just hold it so just relax pick your fav 1 tht looks comfy n enjoy bein out with your mum alone for a while :) good luck x

∙ 14y agoWell you tell your Mom. "Mom can I talk to you?" and if your not alone then you talk to her in a private place. And talk to her about it. I know it might seem hard but it's not.

Toughie! I understand how you feel! i wen through this same thing, even when I had to tell my mom I started to use pads. Here are some starters. "Hey mom, how old were you when you started wearing your first bra?" She'll proably read between the lines and understand that you are asking to go do some bra shopping. If you have an older sis, this would be a great 1, "Mom, were did (enter sis's name) get her bra? I might be needing one soon!"
