I am taking lamictal but I have kidney disease and they gave it to me anyway. Shows what they know. Even my kidney specialist didn't catch it. Anyway the taper should be very slow. I cut out 25 mg and kept it there for a month. Now I cut out another 25mg. The more you rush it, the worst it gets. Also there is an amino acid which really helps. It's called L-Glutathione. It makes me feel better throughout the day. You only need to take one pill a day. Well good luck through your withdrawel.
