If the hotels has outlets ie(bar,restuart,gift shop and parking) you could have 2 or 3 people auditing diffrent outlets plus hotel lodging. very hard If the Hotel has no outlets "just room and tax" then you will need only 2 people and the job is short and very easy .. 12 years in the biz
