Honestly, there is no easy way to tell your friend. Either you have to deal with it, which can be very hard, or you have to wait until your alone. If you choose the second, make sure that you are not angry, that is why you have to be alone. Just tell her calmly and tell her how you feel. Try saying "I..." instead of "You..." otherwise it could cause her to get mad.

Often times your friend can work it out if they talk to whoever it is their having a problem with. If it's a serious problem(such as any sort of abuse or they don't have the money to put food on the table) it is better to get other adults involved, because they have the experience and knowledge on who to get involved and the best way to help.
