How do you tell a girl you like who is in eighth grade that you love her if you have never talked to her?

A good place to start is by just talking to her. Talk about rap/pop bands you like or other things you may think you are both interested in. Ask her over to your house (with at least your mother home) and perhaps go to the movies. It takes time to know each other and saying "I love you" right off the bat may scare her away. Get to know each other a little better.
