Well it depends on whether you're dating her or not. If you are, you could go someplace or meet after school somewhere and tell her then. Easy as that, but only in that case. Now if you aren't together already... Is she currently dating someone else? That's always important for the advice I'm about to give. If she isn't, ask her out! Ask if she wants to come over and hang out, if you think that would be alittle awkward or your parents wouldn't approve, go to a dance or something but don't let anyone know you're going together (or atleast not your parents or who ever you don't want knowing.) Any time would be fine to tell her if you do that. But if your school doesn't do dances like mine does then you guys could go to a sports game, even if it's just for your school, a sibling or any other school nearby, if she likes that kind of stuff that is, you could go to a school event, or even just stop her in the halls.
