The term "reverse" refers to the back side of a coin, as opposed to the "obverse", or front side. On US Coins, the obverse side is the one with the portrait and (except for the presidential dollars) the date. On foreign coins, it is not always easy to determine which side is the obverse and which is the reverse, although a good rule of thumb is that the side with the portrait, crest, or name of the country is probably the obverse.

Other than the fact that a 1979 SBA dollar coin is about the size of a quarter, a Liberty Lobby coin is a large 1 ounce silver round with the LL logo on the reverse.

On the reverse side of the coin look at the word "HALF". Just to the left of that word is a narrow "valley" that runs along the edge of the coin. The mint mark is in that "valley". If there is no letter in the valley, the coin was minted in Philadelphia.
There was no 1831 British coin minted with Queen Adelaide on the reverse. You may have a coin/token/medallion commemorating William's coronation.
