Usually all dishwashers are hardwired. It is simply safer as water and electricity don't mix. To check for sure- the unit must be pulled if no other way to see the power cord is available. The wire should run straight into a junction box. That is "hardwired".

Dishwashers are very light weight and easy to move. Usually only a couple of anchoring screws mount them to the counter. More for support than to hold in place. Be very careful when pulling the unit forward. If properly installed there should be plenty of wire and pipe to pull the unit out for maintenance but be cautious.
