The closer to th engine is upstream and the farther is downstream Before the cat upstream After the cat downstream.
They are blue, black and white. They can be found extending from the catalytic converter (the upstream O2 sensor) and possibly from a second source (the downstream sensor).
under he motor mount
It is possible as the signal from the oxygen sensor is sent to the computer
If they are the same sensor... replace the easy one first and if the code returns, take the old one and replace the other one
you gotta take the old one out first
I have a 99 Metro 1.3L. This car has two oxygen sensors, one in the exhaust manifold and the other is after the Catalytic Converter. Hope that helps.
One O2 sensor is on the manifold after the first catalytic converter and the other O2 is downstream behind the second catalytic converter (middle of vehicle body underneath).
Look on either the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipe.
It has 1 O2 sensor located on the exhaust manifold befor the catalytic converter
to change o2 sensor ,you need to buy a o2 sensor socket from a parts store then disconnect neg terminal on battery ,after that disconnect wire connecter on o2 sensor and remome o2 sensor
in the exhaust pipe right under the manifold it is easy to get to right in front under the hood
2 one by the oil filter (upstream) and the other is on the cat converter, best price is on E Bay, Bosch 13550 thin k is the part number for the one up frnt
