I'm sure it does. If you check under the hood in front of the driver you will find the master cylinder where you put brake fluid in. It will have two or three small fluid lines going to a box looking thing with several lines going out of it. If it has four lines going out both front and rear are ABS.
There is one on the top of the rear axle, and if it has four wheel abs, there will be on at each front wheel.

It will have rear wheel abs, four wheel was an option.
Look on inside of front wheels, if it has front ABS you should see a wire going to wheel in addition to rigid brake line
on a 2000 dodge ram 1500 the abs sensor is located on the rear end above where the drive shaft meets the rear end, if it is bad there will be a brake light on in your dash and may rev high in first gear before shifting into second If it has 4 wheel abs there will be a sensor at each front wheel bearing.

The speedometer signal comes form the rear axle ABS speed sensor. If it has 4wheel ABS, there will also be one at each front wheel.
