If you click on Help/About internet Explorer/

you will see to the right of the version number: "64-bit Edition"

if IE is the 64-bit version.

If it's the 32-bit edition, there will be no mention of it.

As of this point in time (July 11, 2010), Adobe has not made a 64-bit version of Flash available for Windows-based systems. As a result. the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer cannot render Flash objects, including the YouTube video player.
