How do you tell if someone is snorting presciption drugs?

Tell tale signs: The prescription is emty before it should be. There are straws or pen sheaths lying arround. Pens have bite marks indicating having been taken appart. Mirrors or flat surfaces have powder in the corners. Packed powdery bits on flat surfaces, like lighters, paperweights, etc... Lack of sleep, strange sleeping paterns. Attitude change. Sniffles and habbitual nose picking, like George Bush at a Baseball game. Bottles of pills kept hidden rather than in the medicin cabinet.

If anyone thinks of more signs, add them, I'm drawing a blank now...

I would keep an eye out for missing pens. They can be taken apart and used as a tool to snort with. Also, I would look through his wallet and examine credit cards for dust or bent cards. If he is constantly sniffling or hocking back into his throat. Look through cash if there is any residue or dust, rolled bills, these are clear signs of someone who is snorting. Best of all ask him, as long as it does not put you in danger. If you feel you are in danger seek help immediately by calling 911.

They will make constant trips to the bathroom or their bedroom. When they come back into the room they will sniffle a lot and rub their nose. They will be itchy all the time, usually on the face. Sometimes they get mood swings and paranoid. They usually get real sleepy when they come down, unless they snort some more. Their whole personality will start to change. I hope this helps.
